Andie writes:
We both had the same thought – a groovy playlist. And as simple as that sounds, it was indeed still an interesting list. We ended up getting a bunch of new gems from each other, a lot of bass-driven, instrumental, mellow, and funky sounds!
Zola writes:
I felt like this playlist captured so many artists that complimented each other and explored the smooth grooves that soundtrack a summer. Enjoyed finding new artists through collaboration

About the Curators
Zola Daze
I am a music lover in every capacity. My favourite thing to do is write and play music but I also love going to gigs. First song that rooted me to the spot was Smells Like Teen Spirit alone in my kitchen as a six or seven year old.The latest song to stop me in my tracks was- The Foggy Dew by Ye Vagabonds
I started playing drums soon after that moment in the kitchen and since then have spent a lot of time behind guitars and pianos. Music has always been the source of the best things in life. Currently working as a composer in digital music therapy which I love. I also write and perform music under the name Zola Daze- think spacey, dreamy, dance psychedelic stuff
Andie De Guzman
Andie constantly thinks of music as an escape to a whole other place. It also brings out this different side of her that only music can. Like, you ever have a bad day, but when you listen to this particular song or shuffle this certain playlist, everything seems better? Yeah, that's pretty much how it makes her feel too. And for her, music has to be playing everywhere– as in everywhere. It's like she has a soundtrack for anything. She can't stop writing or talking about it. It's something she can talk about with you for hours and hours. Music helps her get lost but in the best way possible.
