It’s funny how life is.
Jim and I started this playlist on the 8th of May 2023 and here we are, publishing it on May 8th 2024. I kinda wish I’d got to it yesterday ;-p
But that’s life isn’t it – it’s what happens when you’re busy making other plans. We were ticking along nicely – alternately adding tracks throughout May – June was a little slow but we picked up into July and August was a breeze – we were at 20 tracks on August 26th and then – blammmmmm! – life happens.
Fortunately neither of us left the planet but the next track got added on April 3rd, over 7 months later. But you know what – i think it’s a testament to doing something cool – to doing something that – even though life can “remove you from the board” so to speak – you can still come back to it – complete and take enjoyment from the fact it exists!
So – thank you Jim – I’m so glad we got to finish it – and – I hope we get to do many more in the future!

About the Curators
Jim Eames
As sound travels through waves, I'm traveling through sound.
As they say, the beat goes on and on...
Andrew McCluskey
The first visual memory I have is that of the white upright piano in Singapore, Hell and the Dark Forces lived at the bottom, Heaven and the Angels at the top, they would play battles through my fingers and I was hooked.
As a psychology graduate I studied how sound affects human performance.
As a musician I compose instrumental music that stimulates your brain but doesn't mess with your language centers, leaving you free to be creative and brilliant without distraction.
As a curator I research how music can improve your life and create flow - I can tell you what music to listen to when studying for a test and why listening to sad music can make you feel better.
As a creator / contributor at musicto I’m part of a global creator community that collaborates through music. You can learn more about our community here.
