Remember all those times you had an overwhelming amount of options and wasn’t too sure of which to go for, did you happen to feel lost even while having several roads in front of you?
Where are you today?, where did the road you chose took you?, hopefully you’re in one of those “good” future realities now.
It’s usually not a big deal to have several options, but for some such as myself… More than 2 or maybe 3 triggers the low-level anxiety attack which rises the more I overthink the situation. Many times we’re given simple options and many more they’re not that simple, I may forget it but one way to approach this is to “think practical”.
One of the solutions o not feeling overwhelmed is looking at the situation from outside your head; become the observer. We don’t have the answers to everything but by doing this we can get the bigger picture and have a better time getting somewhere (mentally).
