You’ve just had it and feel lost, where did you go wrong?
Some people like digging deeper while feeling like shit, rushing through a bunch of memories or making up a fantastic situation to look for answers, but… When you’re feeling down everything appears to have the same tone. Don’t get carried away by that desaturated blueish color, don’t let it consume you. It’s a waste of time, 30 minutes or 4 hours it’s the same waste of time.
Picking yourself up is as difficult or even worse but it’s worth trying. Writing down a list (when in a normal mood) with very precise questions and remembering to read them while feeling down might help. Thing like “are you being fair with yourself?”, “do you have any valid arguments to feel like this?”, “take deep breaths, go get a bit of air”, “pause whatever your doing for 20 minutes and lay on the floor”.
Depending on the situation it may be easier to get out of the loop, just make sure you’re out of the vicious circle. Using your memories the wrong way leads to no good.
