
Lately, connecting with nature has made my life a little bit brighter. It’s amazing how something as simple as an extra walk or ten quiet minutes in the sun can shift everything. Even on days when I’m tired or short on time, I try to step outside even just to breathe in the air, feel the light, and notice the trees and grass around me. Those small moments outdoors help me clear my head, ease my stress, and remember how much beauty there is just waiting outside the door.
