A wavy, wurli, calming-thrill overtakes the senses as you take a much needed breather and throw on the latest track from Slug. Fixer Elixer is an aptly titled beat that will hopefully "fix" you into the right headspace for taking on the future with a positive attitude. Ride the waves. Groove.
Slug aka Greg Clifford aka the drummer of White Denim is creating fresh, tastefully produced music for a head-nod type of day. It's clear that he takes great care for this project (as he does with all of his music/drumming.) It feels real and funky with synth laden goodness and a thick rhythm section foundation. Just don't worry about a damn thing for a couple minutes while it plays.
