Tássia Reis, Stefanie and Tatiana Bispo are already a part of the Music to Dali & Jay-Z Lovers playlist, with three awesome tracks: "Meu rap jazz", "Eu preciso ir" and Sorry Drummer's "Perto de mim".
There's no doubt left that these three ladies make amazing music, right? It can get even better when they collab with more bad ass women!
That's the case of Rimas & Melodias ("Rhymes & Melodies" in Portuguese), an artist collective in which Tássia, Stefanie and Tatiana join rappers and singers Alt Niss, Drik Barbosa, Karol de Souza and DJ Mayra Maldijan. Born in São Paulo, the female crew makes powerful music addressing the daily struggles of women in music and in society. You can expect fierce and mind blowing tunes from them - these women go hard! But they are also capable of making softer jams, with just the same strength in lyrics.
"Paradoxo" is definitely the most chill out track of their debut EP. Tássia and Tatiana carry the groovy instrumentals with class and poise, talking about the ups and downs of love and demanding a lover to be more upfront about their feelings.
It's a smooth, sensual song, and, of course, being from a group that stands up for women's rights, Tássia and Tatiana do not hesitate to be as honest as they can towards what they expect from a relationship.
Rimas & Melodias is a remarkable act in the hip hop scene (and, why not say so?, in history) of Brazil. I'm always glad to bring music from their members to Music to Dali & Jay-Z Lovers; but even happier now that we can all appreciate how great these women are when they are together!

About the curator: Ana Clara Ribeiro
Music, art and entertainment have always played a big role in the life of Ana Clara Ribeiro. She grew up in Gurupi (an inland city in Tocantins, the youngest State of Brazil), listening to all kinds of music, reading, writing, watching stuff and connecting them to her personal beliefs and other ideas she read about.
As she became a lawyer and a writer, all the topics to which she is constantly exposed continued to give her insights about life, people and the universe, through the lenses of art.
Nowadays, when she isn’t analyzing lawsuits or producing content about Law, Marketing, Business or Music, she is certainly doing something related to her various personal and professional projects, always to the sound of a playlist as eclectic as her life.

Snoop Dogg’s voice and relaxed flow fits the beat extremely well, and the opening line of his verse might explain how he manages to still be on top of his game even after almost 30 years active: “Nothing last forever unless you talking ’bout my rap game“… Quoting a famous Brazilian song, “nice and slow is how we get there” – this seems to be his philosophy…
