As someone who’s been to many concerts (over 100 and counting), I’ve realized that live music is what fuels me. There’s nothing like the rush of being in a crowd, waiting for the lights to dim and the first note to hit. I could be half-asleep walking into the venue, but the second the curtain drops, it’s like I’ve downed a case of Red Bull. Suddenly I’m wide awake, buzzing, and ready to dance until the last encore.
Even the anticipation gives me energy. Live music just keeps my spirit charged and my motivation high. Honestly, it’s probably the best thing I do for my mental health.
So, if you’ve been needing a little spark, this is your sign: go to that concert.

Music is at the center of everything I do. Whether I’m creating playlists, discovering new artists, or singing along in the crowd, you can usually find me at a concert (over 100 and counting!) or with headphones on, exploring sounds across every genre.
