From overlooked indie tracks to soulful instrumentals and offbeat favorites, each song carries a story, a feeling, or a moment that made someone stop and listen. This playlist is all about discovery, sharing, and celebrating the music that quietly leaves a lasting impression.
Here’s what our community can’t stop sharing, the songs we wish everyone knew because they deserve a much bigger spotlight.

Nate08 – Say the world – features Niomi. This song have a nice enchanting balance of instrumentation and vocals that gives a warm welcome and and let go of the noise.
Ms. Bronx – Linen is a late night drive to go get some tacos. While reminiscing about that special someone or your crush dancing on the dance floor.
Nao Yoshioka/MXXWLL – In the Rain is a laid back daydreaming vibe. With smooth and soothing vocals. A Poetry feel that’ll make you want to write in your journal. Fun fact I’ve used some of MXXWLL samples/loops in my music on my first album.
Little Monarch – Sheesh is a groovy upbeat song that’ll bring your energy up. I really love the electric guitar break and the moment when the song breathes. Very simple and but full of energy.
Noa Lauryn – Wasting Time I recently just discovered her music. This song puts late 90’s early 2000’s. This is song will make you feel a sense of nostalgia moment while time doesn’t exist.
Sade – Lovers Rock has a her old school style with a taste of the present. I really love the different ear candies throughout the song. The mix for this was very intentional especially with the percussion selection. Must add to your Playlist.

1. Don’t Go Dark (Live at Electric Lady) – Bleachers
The original is a pop-rock anthem, but this live version is raw and desperate in the best way. Recording at Electric Lady stripped away the polish and left the grit. It feels less like a performance and more like you’re sitting in the room while Jack Antonoff works through some things.
2. Drown in My Own Tears – Jools Holland & Jeff Beck
If you want to hear a guitar literally “cry,” this is it. It’s an instrumental cover of the Ray Charles classic, and Jeff Beck plays with so much soul you don’t even miss the lyrics. It’s the perfect “staring out a rainy window” track.
3. Tick Tock – Aldous Harding
Aldous Harding is a total weirdo (respectfully), and this song is the proof. It’s catchy but off-kilter, with a rhythmic groove that gets stuck in your head for days. It’s the ultimate “vibe check” song—if someone likes this, you know you’ll get along.
Jenna Writes:
For this playlist, I wanted to highlight songs that are truly underrated, tracks that don’t always get the attention they deserve. I went with Catch My Breath by Alex Warren because everyone knows Ordinary, but he has so many other songs that are just as good, if not better, that often get overlooked. People call him a one-hit wonder, but he’s so much more than that. Beautiful As You by Zach Hood is another hidden gem. Zach is still flying under the radar, but his music is incredible, and I have no doubt he’s on his way to being huge. Then there’s Thread by Winyah, a band I hadn’t heard of before, but the first time I listened, it completely blew me away. As an indie lover, their sound sits right alongside some of my favorite bands like Flip Turn and The 1975, and I can’t stop playing this track. What A Life by Rachel Chinouriri came from one of my favorite shows, School Spirits, and it hit at the perfect moment. It was so emotional and moving, yet still not one of her most well-known songs. And finally, What Dreams Are Made Of by Evann McIntosh is an older track that’s just as powerful now as it was when I first heard it. Evan has under 100,000 listeners, and the vocals are incredible.
What I love most about this playlist is that it’s a community effort. Everyone adds the songs they wish more people knew, and I didn’t recognize most of the other tracks before listening. That’s the magic of it.
It’s a way to discover music you might never find on your own and to connect with other people through the songs they love. Every track here is special in its own way, emotional, upbeat, surprising, or just downright unforgettable. It’s a reminder of why sharing music with others is so exciting. These are the hidden gems that deserve to be heard, and this playlist is the perfect place to find them.
