This song is one of their stand-outs in the entire album. The intro immediately got me. It’s like this hauntingly beautiful echo that you’d want to hear on repeat. There’s something about Christine McVie’s voice that’s so unique. You just want to close your eyes while listening to this track. “Prove Your Love,” also sounds like the perfect track to feel to. The chorus feels like something you’d have the urge to express to that one person you care about just a little bit more than the rest.
What I also find so unique about this track is that the first verse immediately feels like the person wanted to get their feelings out of the way. It seemed so abrupt since it started off with such power or such a push right away as if it’s mimicking the way we wish it was so easy to pour out all that we feel.
And if you love this track, you’ll absolutely wanna give a listen to Spare Me A Little Of Your Love.
