I love going to concerts and not knowing much about an artist or their music. Because I get to experience it live. No lie, it’s amazing that we can listen to music anywhere and anytime, but to be able to say that you’ve seen an artist live or heard a song live is 100x better.
I believe music is a personal and collective experience. Hopefully you get to experience both.

About the Curator - Ashlee Villasenor
Ashlee Villasenor is a recent graduate from Austin College who watches too much Netflix and listens to her music a bit too loud. Her passion for music stems from a childhood full of sleeping on chairs at concerts to singing at the top of her lungs with her dad in the car to every new album he bought her. She's a Tumblr obsessed vegetarian, an animal-lover, a "let's share our feelings through music" kind of girl, who you will never catch without her journal and her pen in hand.

Stevens embodies all my feelings in a soft romantic whispered phrase.
I’m a huge fan of singer-songwriters. And to see Stevens nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song was amazing, to say the least. Call Me by Your Name is one of my top films of 2017.
