Lately, I’ve been trying to hold onto the things that make me feel hopeful. There’s so much happening in the world that can feel overwhelming if I think about it too much, so I’ve been focusing on what actually lifts me up. What gives me hope is remembering that nothing is certain and that it’s okay to take things day by day. Slowing down, being present, and actually enjoying the moment has made a huge difference for me.
I’ve also been thinking a lot about my personal goals and the life I’m building for myself. It makes me feel hopeful to imagine the future I’m working toward, even if I don’t know exactly what it’ll look like yet. Traveling and seeing more of the world gives me that same feeling. There’s so much beauty out there that I haven’t experienced yet, and knowing that keeps me excited for what’s ahead. When I look back at everything I’ve already accomplished, it reminds me that I’m capable of so much more. And when I think about all the amazing things I’ll do in the future, it makes me feel grounded and optimistic.
