Indietronica is a dive into some of the most cutting edge Electronic Music of recent times. Updated every Friday, the playlist focuses on forward thinking Electronica leaning on the experimental/IDM side.
The main criteria for this playlist, are tracks/artists that are doing things a bit differently. As a producer myself, I wanted to highlight some of the songs that I listen to and which I think deserve a bit more recognition. It doesn't matter what level the artist is, a placement in Indietronica is a certification of a tune that has got me thinking or questioning "How did they do that?" Before I was a musician, I was a music addict always searching for the next song that would blow me away. Curating Indietronica and giving light to some lesser known artists is an absolute joy for me.

about the artist — Bon-Psy
I am 24 year old Gianluca Cardinale aka Bon-Psy, A UK based producer creating future electronic beats that bridge the gap between melodic and experimental music. Infused with wonky rhythms and grooves, my music is influenced by a variety of genre’s and artists including Jazz, ambient and glitch to name a few. I became heavily involved with music in my youth, learning to play bass and guitar before transitioning to music production. Since then, I have slowly been crafting my sound in the electronic music scene. My motto is "to create music that makes you feel like nothing really matters". I want to make songs that impact others the same way my favourite artists have for me. With my tunes you will find an extremely melodic but experimental approach, I love sound design and if that's your thing too then come along for the ride. :-)
