When I was in therapy, my therapist asked me what was something that I was passionate about.
Without even stopping to think, the word left my mouth. ‘Music.’
It was there that I found the key to coping with depression. Depression isn’t sadness, at least not in the way many people think. It’s like feeling nothing at all. This playlist reflects those feelings, and the subsequent path out of the darkness into the light.
