Sometimes the night is a perfect moment to listen to the soul's cries.
Lindsay Munroe's "Split" feels like a profound catharsis, an opportunity to let go of the past and accept that we're not perfect, we have wounds and sometimes we just need to scream them into the world for some time to allow them to move past us.
Sometimes those wounds are deeply ingrained in our psyche and we just need a little help to start healing, art is such a beautiful tool for it and one that life has gifted us so we can remind ourselves that we're connected, we're not alone in our pain and we can connect it with the pain of others so we can all heal as one.
Split is a wonderful opportunity for connection, for healing, a beautiful chance Lindsay is giving us to connect in these troubling times, let us close our eyes and embrace each other.
