Cam is a music and yoga fanatic where he spent the last few years honing his skills and passion in the heart of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. He composes his classes based upon what feels best in his body and adds a little “flair” in which he draws from seasoned yoga instructors around the Boulder area. He is always on the hunt for the next song that will “wow” his students and will take his class to the next level. When not obsessing over his playlist for the 12th time or teaching on his mat, you can find Cam exploring all the nature Boulder has to offer, jamming out on his ukulele, and perfecting his bacon-wrapped scallop dinner. Raised in Orange County, California and residing in Boulder for the last eight years, Cam is shaking up his life by moving to San Francisco in the next few months. The Last Day – Michael Lovisa Remix

15 August 2018

I am absolutely thrilled to have our first user submitted track featured on this playlist. There has been a couple dozen submissions, so after sifting through the tracks I stumbled across a terrific remix of “The Last Day” by Michael Lovisa. The tone of this track perfectly captures the direction that this playlist is moving towards…

Rain – O R I O N

31 July 2018

Earth | Air | Fire | Water.

These four essential elements of life appear repetitively throughout yoga classes, and often materialize in the teacher’s themes or in the music style of the playlist. Take Care of You – Saje

2 July 2018

This has been my Sun B track ever since Saje released his new EP. I had been waiting for him to release another track that I can effortlessly put in my yoga classes since his track “Lost Tonight” swept accross Spotify back in 2014, and the track finally arrived four years later.

Rely – ODESZA

26 June 2018

I have been playing this song in every single one of my classes lately, and let me tell you, this track never gets old. There’s nothing quite like timing your sequence so that it perfectly aligns with your playlist.

Howling – RY X

20 June 2018

RY X first swept across the yoga community when he was featured on Odesza’s album “A Moment Apart.” Since then, myself and yoga teacher’s alike have fallen in love with his subtle tones and whisper-like cadence…

Glisten – Nifty Earth

20 June 2018

Pause for a second and imagine: The sounds of a gentle river running down your stream of consciousness as airy ambiance overtones call and guide you toward inner peace. Sounds pretty soothing right? That’s what Nifty Earth specializes in across all of his songs, and “Glisten” is certainly no exception.
