A bouncy indie-rock rhythm from Frank Ocean’s studio album Channel Orange released in 2012. A late find for me, but immediately this song has a lightness that gives me feels of California sunshine and blue skies; definitely a warm up for the soul.

Although, I’m big on lyrics, it’s not the lyrical content that has me hooked, while the chorus is catchy. This song is a favorite due to Ocean’s instrumentation choices for the track. Unlike the majority of Ocean’s material, this song is an up tempo groove with a variety of musical elements that keep the ears intrigued and engaged.

Allow this pop tempo to give you the motivation to knock out those dreadful tasks or to take a nice stroll in the park! For whatever reason this song should get the blood flowing and the soul ready to go!
