I have been playing this song in every single one of my classes lately, and let me tell you, this track never gets old. There's nothing quite like timing your sequence so that it perfectly aligns with your playlist. I love having this song at the start of my Sun A flow so that when my students are in Down Dog preparing, the tropical melody and wood-like drums echo throughout their body that naturally shifts their energy higher.

It's hard to near impossible to escape Odesza in a flow class in Boulder, and my class is certainly no exception. Rely by Odesza captures the essence of what a Sun A looks like in my class - light, bouncy, and with a hint of tropical vibes that draw you into your paradise that is your foundational flow.

So go on, give this track a listen and feel how Rely naturally brings out your energetical forces and good vibes.
