Time to kick off 2019 for the playlist with a track from the soulful R&B artist, SiR. "D'Evils" is a neo-soul summer anthem with a hint of reggae influence. The multi-platinum producer, D.K. The Punisher, crafted a very addicting instrumental with a smooth rhythm. The track's beat features a groovy drum pattern layered with a soothing bass guitar progression and sunny piano keys. Additionally, the echoing vocal effects on SiR's magical singing voice give the song a euphoric feeling.
On "D'Evils," SiR is pretty much singing about how smoking weed helps him relax and keep his demons away. This is very apparent in the chorus, which was sampled from the Jamaican artist Billy Boyo's record, "One Spliff A Day." Anyway, this track is perfect to listen to on a sunny day while chilling by yourself or hanging out with friends. Therefore, "D'Evils" is going to make a great addition to the picnic playlist.
