If you came here for space music, then this is the song that you’ve been waiting for. Kelly Lee Owens takes you to a whole new dimension with this track off of her breakout self-titled LP.
Very similar to M83’s, Wait, this song doesn’t display a wide vocabulary but for what it lacks in lyricism, it makes up for in production. This song sounds like something you’d hear in the score of an artsy movie about a lonely alien living on Pluto.
The lyrics explain someone looking out upon something that they what or somewhere they want to be. Kelly continually sings the words “Keep walking” and I feel this is to motivate herself, or whoever she is singing from the perspective of, to keep moving towards whatever they what or wherever they want to be.

About the curator - Hayden Schutz
Hayden Schutz is student from Saskatchewan, Canada. Currently studying at the University of Regina. When he’s not browsing reddit for new music, he’s usually attempting to study, training for track & field or indulging in whatever tv show he’s into that week. As of lately he’s been experimenting with video and photography but nothing that he would consider “professional quality”. Hayden’s been playing guitar since the beginning of high school and singing since he was old enough to understand the words on the radio in mom’s car.
