The Afro Golden Line is a song by Israeli drummer Amir Bresler and is a true reflection of jazz music in which he was exposed to from the age of 15. The song is a smooth blend which carries you through with beautiful arrangement. The result has lead Amir to be the most sought after drummer in the Israeli Jazz scene.
The song is inspired by 70's African high-life music (specially from Ghana and Nigeria) this is an odd-meter afro-beat track which features Sefi Zisling's distinct trumpet melody and Uzi Ramirez's playful guitar. The song starts with a beautiful rise in the trumpet in which the climax introduces Amir on the drums with Uzi joining in to set off the vibe.
The track progresses to set a mellow vibe whilst enjoying the sound of the drums. A beautiful song which embodies Afro Jazz and is one recommended listening experience to invoke dance and inspiration all for the love of jazz. Enjoy
