(Submitted by band member Eren Alıcı)

Evdeki Saat is an independent music project that was started in 2014 by Eren Alıcı and Sunguralp Esat. They came from Bursa to İstanbul and their latest track is “Yanlış Var” that came out in January 4th, 2018. The band members are Eren Alıcı (guitar, keyboard, vocal), Sunguralp Esat (percussion, back vocal), Arif Kara (electric guitar), Kemal Demir (bass guitar) and Caner Koyuncu (drums).

The song, “Yanlış Var”, starts with hypnotizing synth sounds. After a while, the vocals come in and the song obtains a rhythm that flows easily. The psychedelic atmosphere of the song creates blurry images of music festivals inside my head. When I open the song with speakers, it fills the house with coziness. It also is a new favorite of mine to listen at road trips with my friends. Check out Evdeki Saat’s other songs, they are really good!

About the curator - Ada Bayramoglu

Ada Bayramoglu - Music to Curator

Ada is a high schooler from İstanbul who cannot be seen without her headphones. She is a “support your local” kind of girl who knows all the best places to drink coffee in her hometown. Her subconscious is full of “Turkish Classical Music”, which she has been listening to since she was born.  She likes everlasting conversations with her friends about music and art. If you don’t know where she is just look at the nearest concert hall and she’ll be there.
