This week’s track is a poignant performance by Happy Walters and Ruelle, we are lucky enough on the music to community to receive amazing music through the submissions, this one is yet another example of the many incredible music talented artists can create.
The album was made to touch and help around a very important topic in today’s society and a very important topic our whole species must touch, mental health.
Let’s face it, we’ve built our society ignoring our very own nature, we’ve ignored our natural biological background and that we’re still animals. We’ve completely ignored that we evolved to be social creatures. Not only have we ignored those facts but also the fact that we should be connected to an environment and to the care of our mother earth.
Not only have we ignored that but also the fact that we as a species have harmed ourselves and the planet we live in such ways that the wounds get carried out by generations, the pain of our ancestors is still carried around by our cells and we continue adding more wounds to it every now and then.
We have been oblivious to all of this and the result has made our minds very sick, the wounds get accumulated to the point that depression and anxiety are one of the most common conditions of everyday life.
But we have also ignored the most important thing: that we can heal. Some bright souls have figured this out already and can start being the example to help others, some bright souls have realized that we are really a big community and we can help every brother and sister with even the slightest detail, some bright souls have figured out that nature heals so many wounds when you start connecting to it, when you let yourself be the animal that stays in harmony with every living being around it and lets the earth fill the body with peace every time his naked feet touch the ground.
Some bright souls have discovered that wounds, no matter how old, can be healed through emotional catharsis and forgiveness, through love. Some bright souls remind us that the future can be bright, no matter how dark the now seems, everything, and I truly mean everything, can be healed, we just need to start with the intention, let that intention become action and let the beauty of our hearts and souls fill this world, fill our minds until nothing but healing can be done.
So tonight I choose this incredibly beautiful song to encourage you to begin with the intention to heal and the faith and trust, not only in yourselves but also in everyone and everything that surrounds you, let the intention to heal and the faith that it can happen guide all of you and you’ll find the little steps that will eventually come and take you in a journey to the highest and most blissful place. Trust that perfect light in your heart, that divine spark we are all made of.
We have a bright future ahead, have faith in yourself.

When you listen to music like this one you also remember what it is to be connected to nature, you remember part of the sound of nature in that organic sound, the wood just resonating to the sound of strings being touched, you remember the essential and feel ready to transport yourself again to the best parts of life.
