“Sweet Seduction” is a song by South African producer KaeB and it features singer Marcus Harvey.
KaeB is on a quest of finding the next African sound. With an unmatched production style, clearly displaying his unique ear and a natural knack for merging different sounds, he crafts soundscapes that give the world a peephole into his world. A world that only he can exist in, with only his upbringing and his personal influences being the only external forces that influence his creativity. Influences ranging from Kwaito legends such as Mdu Masilela, Mandla Spikiri and Oskido, to African Jazz legends like the Hugh Masekela, Jimmy Dludlu and Zim Ngqawana.
Formally trained as a motion graphics artist, KaeB is far from a one-dimensional creative. He understands the creative process, the practice of creativity and the business of creativity. Sum all of that up and you get KaeB – the brand. A solid artist brand that has managed to draw the attention of major platforms like Beats 1 Radio’s Soulection. Having a slew of international releases under his belt and an unstoppable urge to innovate, he is hell-bent on capturing the sounds of his place of birth and packaging them in a raw and unapologetic way for the world’s enjoyment.
