Happy belated 70th birthday to the ultimate saviour of all lost punk souls! Iggy's the guy who's been to hell and back and narrated the process in his profoundly beautiful and truthful lyrics.

This little gem of a song stems from the beginnings of his solo career, from "The Idiot", a Berlin album that none other but David Bowie collaborated on. And it was Bowie's later cover version of the song that really got through to a wider audience; however, I'm definitely way more into the initial version, which wacky vibe really has more to do with the genuine muse of the song, cocaine.
