This week I've pulled an oldie from the Australian archives for you. It's a track that's a must have item in the Burn a Million Miles travel bag and furthermore, I'm sure if you did a Google search it would also be written somewhere into a Travelers Almanac.. 'Don't leave home without it'
These guys have been around since the late 80's, well known for their trademark instrumental tracks infused with Country and Surf Guitar flavors.
I was always a big "Beasts of Bourbon" fan, so automatically followed Tex Perkins in his new side line venture. "The Cruel Sea"
Appealing to so many different circles of people, from the beach, the bush and beyond, they still managed to maintain their Indie cool.
Released nearly Twenty years ago I still have my original copy on cassette. These days however, I listen to it on a device no bigger than a hip-flask.
So here it is, Enjoy....
